Job Description - Field Service Technician

Hodge Industrial Technologies is a trusted partner for manufacturing facilities across America, specializing in the sale, installation, and service of mission-critical industrial compressed air systems. Our team is driven by urgency, ownership, and a commitment to fast, reliable solutions that keep customer operations running smoothly.

As a Field Service Technician based in Cleveland, OH, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ equipment operates at peak performance. You will be the face of Hodge Industrial, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise directly at client sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing new industrial compressed air systems at manufacturing facilities
  • Servicing and maintaining existing compressed air systems to maximize uptime
  • Diagnosing and repairing system issues efficiently and accurately
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
  • Cleaning and maintaining customer equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Minimizing unscheduled downtime for client operations through proactive maintenance and rapid response

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of electrical experience troubleshooting industrial systems
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
  • Comfort using phones, tablets, and mobile apps for work tasks
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within approximately 100 miles of Cleveland, OH

  • Experience servicing compressed air systems or similar industrial equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to new mechanical systems
