Field Service Technician - Generous Compensation

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Field Service Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity. This role is a traveling position where you will work onsite at various customer locations throughout the continental U.S. You must be based in or near the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate will have experience within with HVAC and or Air Pollution Equipment in an industrial environment as you will repair Mechanical/Electrical, pneumatic controls.
 
Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer emergency service requests and address equipment shutdowns.
• Identify equipment problems and either repair them or notify the relevant division for immediate action.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and contribute to their resolution.
• Commission and certify installations, providing comprehensive reports to relevant departments, and actively participate in special projects to support engineering efforts.

 
Experience and Skills:

• High school Diploma plus 2-3 years of other specialized vocational schooling
• 3 to 5 years of experience performing service and maintenance in an industrial environment
• Certified / Experience: Confined space, lock out/tag out, areal lift (boom and platform), fall harness, arc flash

 
Compensation: $28 - $32 per hour
 
Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
 

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
