Key Responsibilities:

- Expertly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, replacing damaged or worn parts as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on machinery to guarantee compliance with rigorous manufacturers' standards.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint faults and malfunctions, ensuring precise repairs.
- Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment, applying expert knowledge of hoists and hand tools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing equipment and vehicles to maintain optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, employing proper protective gear and procedures during operations.
- Evaluate component wear using precise measuring instruments, scheduling maintenance, and keeping detailed service records.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to accurately overhaul and test machinery, enhancing operational efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including service trucks, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.

- A certificate from a technical school or equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals, with excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and adapt to various situational demands with minimal standardization.
- Physical capability to work in diverse environments, including tolerance for moderate to loud noise levels and varying temperatures. The role demands frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs, occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance.
- A clean driving record and ownership of necessary hand tools for job tasks.
