Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

CONES Solutions is actively recruiting HVAC/R students and recent grads to join our next generation of skilled Field Service Technicians. 

Whether you're from Moline, Peoria, or elsewhere in the region, this is a chance to apply your trade school education in the real world — with mentorship, paid training, and a clear growth path that includes CFESA certifications, factory training, and advancement opportunities. 

Job Expectations: 

• Troubleshoot and repair hot and cold commercial food equipment (fryers, ovens, refrigerators, steamers, and more) 
• Deliver excellent customer service across restaurants, schools, and foodservice operations 
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls — no two days are the same 
• Use tablets, meters, tools, and schematics in live service environments 
• Participate in on-call rotations (after training and onboarding) 
• Continue growing via paid certification programs and skill expansion

Education, Training, and Experience Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Enrollment in or graduation from a skilled trades program (e.g., HVAC/R, Electrical, Industrial Tech) 
• A valid driver’s license (must be insurable) 
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship) 
• Reliable, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
