The Field Service Technician I is responsible for maintaining and repairing technology equipment and hardware, ATM’s, and troubleshooting network and communications equipment for assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and repair technology equipment such as desktops, laptops and tablets, routers, Triton ATM’s, and CCTV security cameras.
·  Troubleshoots, maintains and repair HP LaserJet printers.
·  Performs preventive maintenance on various technology equipment.
·  Troubleshoots network outages and cabling issues.
·  Trains end users on branch equipment functionality.

Competencies Required:
·  Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
·  Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.
·  Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills of Windows operating systems, networking, telecommunications, and banking technology equipment.
·  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
·  Proven ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
·  Flexibility to provide after hours and weekend support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
·  2+ years of technology support experience or equivalent required.
·  3+ years of computer troubleshooting and repair skills with broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, networking, AV and office technology equipment required.
·  Operation of a company vehicle, clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Formal Education & Certification:
·  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
·  Associate’s degree preferred.
·  Must be able to achieve relevant technical certifications for the organization’s systems, applications and equipment, required.

Work Status:
·  Full-Time.

Supervisory Responsibility:
·  None.

Travel:
·  Up to 90% regional travel expected.

Working Conditions:
·  Conditions involve lifting of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent sitting, walking, reaching, bending and standing for brief periods primarily in an office environment with frequent travel or driving to various work sites or locations.
