Job Description - Field Service Technician II - U.S. Support
1 year of relevant work experience with an AA degree or equivalent education/work experience. Proficient in computer networking, equipment troubleshooting, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with standard electronic test equipment. Ability to travel frequently and at short notice. Ability to manage expenses, travel arrangements and customer management. Possess a service vehicle (five years or newer) and meet insurance requirements. Clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work on a computer for extended periods. Experience in hospitals and/or ambulatory surgery centers. Strong communication skills for diverse audiences. Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Capable of diagnosing and resolving video and IT system issues in healthcare. Ability to walk and stand for up to 4 hours. Frequent travel up to 85%. Proficiency with business software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Over 1 year of field service equipment experience, with preference for medical equipment. Two-year college degree (AA) preferred, with a Biomedical or electronics major. Prior experience in Technical Field Service, Biomedical, or Military technical MOS. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments effectively.
