Field Service Technicians: JAX + Surrounding Areas

Leppo Rents is building something big, and we need skilled Field Service Technicians to help us launch our Central Road Services Team! If you’re passionate about hands-on equipment repair and want to work independently in the field, this is your chance to make a direct impact. 

We’re hiring FOUR experienced technicians, each based in or near one of four key areas:

  St. Johns

  
  

You’ll service your territory while collaborating closely with the central team to keep customer projects moving without downtime.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on compact construction equipment directly at customer job sites.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Bobcat, JLG, Genie, and other leading brands.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate service records and help coordinate parts and repairs.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the go-to expert in your territory, helping keep local projects on track.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Strong experience with construction equipment diagnostics and repair.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical know-how.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while staying connected with the central team.

  
  


• 
  

  Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
