Field Services Coordinator

SingleSource is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support our property preservation operations. You'll manage work orders from assignment through completion, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, review completed work and documentation, and help resolve issues along the way.

Property preservation or mortgage field services experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong office, administrative, operations, or coordination experience are also a great fit for this role. We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable learning new systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage property preservation work orders from assignment through completion.


• Coordinate with vendors to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.


• Review photos, reports, invoices, and other documentation for accuracy and quality.


• Track work order progress and maintain accurate updates in company systems.


• Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and internal teams to find solutions.


• Manage multiple work orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
