Field Services Manager - with Great Benefits

• Provide on-site service of Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) Systems
• Schedule service visits with customers
• Coordinate with project management and engineering to support CEM System installations and startups
• Manage service department field and internal schedules
• Compile proposals for support contracts
• Track maintenance/QA activities
• Review and coordinate Part 75 Diagnostic and Recertification events
• Review technician timesheets/expenses/service reports
• Review QA tests performed by technicians
• Field customer technical support calls
• Provides technical support for technicians in the field
• Conduct technician annual performance reviews
• Provide additional support for department when required
• Track key performance indicators for department
• Work with management to identify areas of improvement for the company and department

• Will supervise Field Service Technicians and Field Service Engineers

• Minimum of 5 years of CEMS Service experience
• A minimum of 2 years management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or formal training desired
• Valid driver’s license
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Be self-motivated
• Enjoy challenges in an ever-changing work environment
• Good customer relationship skills

• Accurate typing skills, reading, proofreading, and basic mathematics skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word and Excel
• Professional demeanor and appearance; ability to serve as a representative of the company
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy

• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation

Industrial Environments

• Must be able to meet certain physical demands such as:
  • Consistent standing or walking
  • Consistent bending, crouching or stooping
  • Frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Climbing ladders and/or stairs
  • Use of tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of color
  • Ability to operate an Aerial Lift from the platform or deck
  • Ability and Willingness to work at elevated heights on stack platforms up to 300 feet
• Must be willing to work outdoors in industrial environments.

Ability to travel overnight on regular basis required
