Job Description

CACI is looking for a Field Services (FS) Site Lead and Technical SME to support EITaaS Wave 1 FS operations at Hanscom AFB. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced IT Technician/Lead that can single-handedly respond, organize and perform contracted IT support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related operational tasks and priorities, along with interfacing with senior government personnel.

What You'll Get to Do:

Act as the CACI FS Technician and Site Lead with oversight of EITaaS operations and serve as the senior government personnel's sole technician. Candidate will act as the single point-of-contact for day-to-day operational activities and provide the necessary technical support to all EITaaS Program Management Office (PMO) assigned personnel. Responsibilities include:
Providing FS IT services (hardware/software/troubleshooting/asset management/incident management/escalation) in support of the PMO
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for end user device issues.
Assisting remote customer call-ins (via Teams or Phone) with technical difficulties
Serving as the sole CACI representative and point of contact to Hanscom PMO personnel, and other DAF representatives, establishing strong working relationships and maintaining service delivery performance through Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and other key performance metrics.
Delivering exceptional customer support and user experience, measured by SLOs.
In conjunction with the FS Operations Manager, establishing and maintaining technical and operational reports to show progress of tasks, and overseeing the successful completion of all tasks assigned to the EITaaS FS Hanscom resolver group.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer needs are being met.

More About the Role:

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Highly technical experience in Air Force C4 environments with a focus on end-user device support.
Experience overseeing C4 operations, which encompass standard operating procedure development, user and systems integration, and training in diverse operating environments with people (including VIPs) of various job categories and skills.
Experience as a primary customer contact for daily operational activities, providing periodic customer briefings on end-user environment operational performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in briefing to senior DoD officials.
Proven skills in C4 operations oversight, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret clearance
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sec+ Certification.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Desired Skills:
The ability to identify site problems and obtain solutions.
The ability to collaborate with other Operations, Engineering and Training teams to ensure designs and new technology deployments include appropriate operations, maintenance and training support mechanisms to deliver a high degree of efficiency and optimal customer experience support.
Leadership or technical experience within a DAF Communications Squadron or experience supporting an installation's IT infrastructure.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar service desk solution.
