Field Specialist- Directional Driller

Lead and execute directional drilling jobs, ensuring optimal well trajectory and drilling performance. Act as a technical expert for drilling tools, ensuring they meet client objectives and design specifications. Maintain proactive risk management and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. Communicate effectively with client representatives, drilling contractors, and internal support teams. Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of job deliverables and WCD requirements. Supervise and train Wellsite Operators (WSO) to maintain consistent service quality. Participate in HSE and quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
