The Field Specialist Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.\n\n * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.\n\n\n\n\n * Responsible for service delivery execution.\n\n\n\n\n * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.\n\n\n\n\n * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.\n\n\n\n\n * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.\n\n\n\n\n * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.\n\n\n\n\n * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.\n\n\n\n\n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.\n\n\n\n\n * Maintain the required safety training.\n\n\n\n\n * Two-year technical degree.\n\n\n\n\n * Previous experience in Measurements while Drilling\n\n\n\n\n * Electronics or Hydraulics background preferred.\n\n\n\n\n * Work 4x2 or 2x2 rotation.\n\n\n\n\n * Must have the legal right to work in the US without Visa sponsorship. \n\n\n\n
