Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor – $16-$18/hr + Weekly Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Field Supervisor to be the bridge between homeowners and our roofing team. No prior roofing experience is needed—just strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to get on roofs.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Check materials before installation and document job progress with photos.
• Support our senior Quality Control supervisors.
• Ensure job sites remain clean and organized.
• Safely climb roofs to perform basic quality checks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic tracking
• Valid driver’s license and ability to climb roofs
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Pay & Perks:

• $16-$18/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly bonus opportunity ($100 when team goals are met)
