FIELD SUPERVISOR 

Full-Time Leadership Role

We are a fast-growing security company in Southern California seeking a strong, dependable Field Supervisor to lead security operations across assigned client sites. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and takes ownership of both people and client relationships.

This is not a desk position. Successful Field Supervisor at Valcor are visible, hands-on, and operationally engaged.

Availability Expectations

This is a leadership position that requires full operational flexibility.

• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to respond to urgent operational issues on short notice
   

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable security experience

• 2+ years experience of supervisor or management of security teams (required)

• Armed license (preferred)

• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred

• Valid California Guard Card (required)

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Calm, professional response under pressure
   

Core Responsibilities

As a Site Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of assigned client accounts, including:

• Serving as the primary operational point of contact for clients

• Managing staffing levels, schedules, and coverage across sites

• Resolving call-offs, last-minute changes, and coverage gaps

• Providing hands-on field support and filling shifts when necessary

• Training officers and reinforcing company standards and culture

• Developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs

• Partnering closely with executive leadership and HR

Managers are expected to lead from the front and remain actively involved in daily operations.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base pay: $23–$25 per hour based on qualifications and prior experience

• Incentives paid on all hours managed, not just hours worked

• Performance bonuses based on reliability, leadership, and account execution
