FIELD SUPPORT - GENERAL DESCRIPTION 

Performs entry-level field setup and jobsite support duties under the direction of the Field Superintendent, Foreman, and trained ironworkers.

Responsibilities include assisting with grouting, material handling, basic
rigging, operation of hand tools and jobsite equipment, installation and maintenance of safety barriers and
controls, and general erection support for structural steel and concrete work.

This position requires the ability to work safely at heights, follow established safety standards, and support crew members in
completing assigned field operations.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required with vocational/ trade school certificate/diploma in Masonry or Welding Technology preferred

Ability to travel to remote worksites and work various scheduled shifts, occasionally for extended periods of time. Overnight travel required.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS:

Valid PA driver’s license - Required
