Field Surveyor (Spanish-Speaking)

About the Job:

Block LLP is a law firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel to different properties and help our team collect and organize important information. You’ll record basic details, take photos, and stay in communication with our office throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit assigned properties throughout Los Angeles.
• Take clear photos and record simple notes or observations.
• Keep organized records and share updates with the office team.
• Communicate with staff via phone, text, or Discord during the day.
• Occasionally deliver flyers or notices when needed.

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$25/hr depending on experience.
• Part-time or full-time flexible schedule.
• Travel reimbursement for field work.

• Reliable, professional, and able to follow directions carefully.

• Organized with good attention to detail.

• Comfortable traveling to different properties daily.

• Spanish and English speaking (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
