Work is available immediately for Pressure Washing/Window Washing Technicians to support pressure washing, Wawa cleaning, HVAC work, and truck washing. We provide mobile pressure washing services for truck fleets, restaurants, and commercial properties. This is a field position where you will be working in all types of weather.

The Pressure Washing/Window Washing Technician must have excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to troubleshoot and schedule accordingly and operate tablets and other types of technology. Paid biweekly, drivers are required to have a DOT medical card. The company will train driver techs and pay for the DOT physical.

Must be able to work weekends, late evening, and early morning shifts. Some travel is required for out-of-town jobs. Must be able to pass a background check and E-Verify. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Pressure washing commercial properties, truck fleets, and Wawa locations.


• Assisting with truck washing and learning HVAC maintenance skills as part of training.


• Operating pressure washing equipment and using appropriate nozzles for different surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and vehicles.


• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.


• Inspecting equipment for damage or malfunctions and reporting any issues.


• Completing assigned tasks efficiently within specified timeframes.


• Maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment in excellent condition.


• Demonstrating strong physical stamina to lift and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.


• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.


• Addressing client concerns or questions with professionalism.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.


• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.


• Medical DOT card (preferred, company will provide training).


• Previous experience as a pressure washer technician or similar role (preferred but not required).


• Knowledge of pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).
