Field Technician

Job Description - Field Technician


The Field Technician is responsible for all aspects of ATMs in an assigned region. Typical duties include but are not limited to; ATM installs/processing installs, repairing ATMs, updating software, logistical support, and other aspects of service and support.


Technical Support: 


Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on ATMs within an assigned territory/region.

  • Ensures all company assets are well maintained and functioning properly.
  • Partners with Technical Support, Parts department, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops strong relationships with customers in assigned territory/region.
  • Project work, as assigned.

 Qualifications:

 

1-2 years’ experience working with ATM services & support; must have solid customer service skills; must have experience working with non-technical individuals; proficient with MS Office Suite; must have strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills; must be able to work long shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays; clean driving record.
