Position Summary
The Field Technician/CSR is responsible for the care of customer belongings impacted by property loss. This includes textiles, electronics, artwork, and other contents. The technician works across multiple areas including packing out, receiving, restoration, staging, warehouse organization, and delivery. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to all company procedures and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to residential and commercial loss sites to inventory, evaluate, pack, and document customer belongings using company-provided technology
- Follow detailed job instructions from team leads while maintaining professionalism with homeowners, contractors, and insurance adjusters
- Handle contents with care, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and sequencing of items such as textiles, electronics, artwork, and general household goods
- Take detailed photos and use mobile devices for accurate documentation and inventory tracking
- Assist with unloading and organizing contents at the warehouse based on cleaning methods and urgency
- Support the cleaning and restoration process by following company protocols to ensure high-quality results
- Prepare, load, and deliver restored items back to clients, placing them in their original locations with care and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workspaces, following all safety and operational procedures
- Use technology to track progress, update records, and confirm delivery completion
