Field Vendor Manager

Altisource is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Field Vendor Manager to support our field vendor network across multiple markets. This role is critical in ensuring vendor alignment with company standards, improving service quality, and enhancing vendor onboarding and orientation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property preservation and a deep understanding of industry regulations. 

This position involves 25-50% overnight travel. Only candidates that currently reside in the United States will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned markets (25%-50%) to meet with field vendors and conduct property quality assurance inspections.
• Provide direct feedback and guidance to vendors regarding work expectations, quality standards, and Altisource processes.
• Serve as a resource and point of contact for field vendors, helping them navigate operational procedures and compliance requirements.
• Document inspection findings and communicate results to Vendor Management and Operations Leadership.
• Collaborate on the development and redesign of field vendor orientation programs to improve onboarding and performance.
• Identify opportunities for vendor improvement and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing field operations.

• 2–3 years of experience in property preservation or related field services.
• Solid understanding of HUD, FHA, USDA, GSE, and VA property requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of property repair and home maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
