File Clerk

Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Service Filing Clerk.  This position would be an administrative role focused on organizing and maintaining physical and electronic service records and documents for our service department. 

Job Description:

• Classify, sort, organize, and file service documents related to vehicle repairs.


• Maintain filing and organization of file room.


• Scanning documents into our secured digital document platform


• Verifying that scanned documents were scanned and uploaded correctly and accurately


• Locating and delivering requested files to advisors, warranty admin, and managers when needed.


• Record Management- tracking when documents are borrowed and verifying that the documents have been returned.


• Confidentiality- handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to data privacy and security regulations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Excellent Computer Skills


• Previous Dealership experience preferred


• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment


• Ability to work independently and with a team


• A professional appearance


• Strong communication and people skills- both written and verbal


• All applicants must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
