Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions is currently hiring for a FINAL ASSEMBLER to join our team!

Do you have industrial wiring or 3 phase wiring background? Do you have mechanical skills? Do you have at least 1 or 2 years of manufacturing assembly experience? Are you comfortable working with hand tools? If you said yes to these questions, we may have a great opportunity for you! 

Your Contribution to the Team includes:

• Prepare and assemble conveyor parts and components to produce finished conveyors according to engineering drawings and bill of materials
• Operate the finished conveyor and inspect and monitor the quality of the finished product to ensure process and product specifications are met.
• Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations, (i.e. Paint Prep and/or other cross-trainable departments within the shop)
• 50lb max lifting weight. Repetitious bending and standing for extended periods of time to be expected
• Ability to identify and communicate basic process improvements
• 3 phase wiring skills or industrial wiring background
• Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment
• Ensure work is completed in a timely manner and on schedule

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience or a combination of education and experience
• Basic math & reading aptitude and able to pass a math test
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools and other equipment to accomplish assigned work
• Ability to full read a tape measure
• Automotive background very helpful, but not required
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to frequently changing priorities/tasks
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work required hours and overtime as needed
• Proven reliability - attendance and punctuality!
