Job Title: Final Assembly
Pay Rate: $22–$30/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Assemblers for 2nd shift opportunities in Tulsa. This position is responsible for constructing and assembling heat exchangers using various tools and techniques in a hands-on, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools
• Install structural and drive components, including motors and propellers
• Accurately interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
• Use fasteners and hardware appropriately
• Follow the production schedule and complete tasks on time
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly required
• Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, industrial setting
• Facility is not climate-controlled
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and metal particles
• PPE required, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead
• Requires good vision and depth perception for accurate assembly
