Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nWork Shift:\n\n * B shift - Weekday nights - 430pm to 3am Mon to Thurs\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nFinal Assembly Inspector 2:\n\n\u00b7 High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified) a minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience\n\n\u00b7 Must have MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience\n\n\u00b7 Experience in inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments\n\n\u00b7 Experience with common quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions.\n\n\u00b7 Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Provide input to the technical needs and solutions required for the manufacture, inspection of materials and components.\n\n\u00b7 Ability to record detailed information accurately and in a timely manner.\n\n\u00b7 This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds and working overhead\n\n\u00b7 Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access\n\n\u00b7 Must pass visual exam\n\n\u200bFinal Assembly Inspector 3:\n\n\u00b7 High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified) a minimum of 4 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience\n\n\u00b7 Must have MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience\n\n\u00b7 Experience in inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments\n\n\u00b7 Experience with common quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions.\n\n\u00b7 Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
