Overall Requirements:

We are looking for an individual to work in our Operation Department to review and close production work orders and prepare orders for our shipping team to execute.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable of all ESD precautions to protect equipment


• Ability to handle ESD sensitive equipment of various weights an dimensions safely


• Ability to enter information into Floor tool to update work order status and prepare order to be handed to the shipping team


• Knowledge of networking cards and technology is an asset


• Knowledge of workflow in a production environment is an asset as well


• Perform entries into ERP systems with knowledge of Advance Pro and NetSuite is a definite asset


• Perform final Inspection of product leaving the production area to ensure documentation is accurate and order pricing is correct


• Assist production as required


• Assist in shipping/receiving as required

Education & Experience:

• Previous Telecommunications experience is a plus


• Knowledgeable with ESD products

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy


• Ability to work autonomously as well as efficiently with department heads and associates to perform assigned duties


• Ability to re-prioritize one’s activities to deal with various conditions or conflicting requests and work under pressure


• Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT


• Able to regularly lift and /or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices


• Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment asset


• Read, understand and carry out written instructions


• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills


• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
