Heritage Auto Group is currently seeking a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Advisor to join our growing team! Please note that this is an in-person position located at one of our six dealership locations in Brigham City, UT; Evanston, WY, Vernal, UT, Tremonton, UT, North Logan, UT

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Finance and Insurance (F&I) Advisor Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the F&I process, answering questions and ensuring a smooth and transparent experience

  
  


• 
  

  Submit credit applications and work with lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with preparing and reviewing necessary paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&I products and compliance regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the sales team to support vehicle delivery and provide excellent customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Promote optional products such as extended warranties, service contracts, and protection packages

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of deals and lender communications

  
  

Finance and Insurance (F&I) Advisor Requirements:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required; some college or additional training preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in automotive sales or finance is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and demeanor

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines in the automotive industry

  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
