We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping customers secure vehicle financing while offering a full suite of protection plans and aftermarket products. Key Responsibilities:

• Present finance options, extended warranties, and protection plans to customers. 
• Secure financing through a network of lenders to offer competitive rates. 
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to support volume and profitability goals. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely contract funding.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3 years previous experience in automotive F&I Management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance regulations and lender processes.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. 
• Professional demeanor and high ethical standards.
