Finance & Insurance Manager Trainee/Sales Consultant

You'll start by learning the ropes as a Sales Consultant, building relationships and helping customers find the right vehicle. Simultaneously, you'll be trained in the Finance and Insurance department (F&I).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process


• Build trust and rapport through transparent communication and product knowledge


• Assist in preparing sales paperwork and financing options


• Learn to present and see F&I products


• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals


• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for F&I certification

What we are looking for:

• Passion for customer service and sales


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment


• Prior sales experience preferred


• Valid driver's license with clean driving history
