Your Role

· Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance options with confidence and accuracy.

· Maximize profit per deal while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

· Keep deals moving — fast, accurate, and compliant.

· Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to lock in every opportunity.

· Maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best terms for customers.

What It Takes to Win Here

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automotive F&I Manager (5+ years preferred).

· Proven record of $200K+ annual earnings or equivalent high-performance results.

· Strong product presentation skills with a focus on closing.

· Deep understanding of financing programs, compliance, and lender requirements.

· Team-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to succeed.

· Luxury/import experience is a plus, but not required.
