Position: Finance & Restructuring Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of workout, bankruptcy, insolvency, and corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine transactions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• 6+ years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm

• Texas Bar admission required

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Strong academic credentials
