Finance & Transactions Associate

The Asset-Based Finance Associate role is based in the New York office and requires 2–4 years of commercial finance experience within a law firm setting. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated finance transactions while developing skills in a highly regarded and collaborative finance practice.

Seniority: 2 - 4 years of experience commercial finance experience in a law firm setting.

Work Experience: Experience at an AmLaw 120 firm. Hands-on experience in asset-based finance transactions. Have work experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions

Education: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Hard Skills: Active membership in the State Bar of New York.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Miscellaneous: Based in or willing to relocate to New York.
