A premier global law firm is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join its New York office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in sophisticated syndicated lending and commercial finance transactions.

Ideal Background

• Experience with syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance matters gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in complex financing transactions

• Experience handling asset-based lending, cash flow lending, acquisition financings, and other secured credit facilities

• Experience representing clients in both private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored financing transactions

• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, and other financing documents

• Experience with debt capital markets transactions or debt securities offerings is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted
