We’re looking for a Finance BI Partner with a product mindset to drive innovation in finance data-related processes. This role is about building smart, scalable solutions that automate workflows and elevate how Finance interacts with data. You’ll work closely with IT and business teams to turn real needs into intuitive, high-impact tools.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Manage Finance BI products by defining needs, prioritizing development, and leading rollout and adoption
• Lead Finance BI projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Apply structured thinking and process orientation to scale data workflows effectively
• Optimize how Finance consumes, explores, and acts on data

For that mission you’ll need:

• B.A in Economics or Accounting or other related fields
• 4+ years of experience as an Economist / Accountant / Business Analyst / BI analyst, or similar role
• Process-oriented mindset with strong understanding of business workflows and data use cases
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau – strong advantage)
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
