Finance Biller

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Biller to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with business office. 
• Work closely with the finance managers on billing deals.
• Maintain and organize titles and license plates for filing and storing. 
• Maintaining Daily Cash Reports

Requirements

• Previous  experience in automotive billing, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
