Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Finance Business Partner at our Shawnee, KS site.

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and financial lead for our Shawnee CDMO site. This is a senior role that requires a mix of financial leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on support to drive improved decision-making and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key financial partner to the Shawnee CDMO site, supporting business leaders with financial insights, guidance, and challenge.


• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI reporting, and contract profitability reviews.


• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes; identify variances and work with operational teams to develop bridging actions or investment proposals.


• Partner with site and regional leaders to build robust business cases for investment, expansion, and resourcing to deliver growth plans.


• Lead analysis of site performance and support initiatives to improve contract margin, operational efficiency, and working capital.


• Collaborate with global finance colleagues to support cross-regional reporting and analysis.


• Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to support operational decisions and strategic planning.


• Adhere to local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).


• Proven experience in a senior finance or business partnering role within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environment.


• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; confident presenting to senior leadership.


• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


• Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools; strong Excel skills required.


• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
