- Work Schedule: M-F 8 - 5pm or 7:30- 4:30
POSITION DESCRIPTION:- The Finance Coordinator's primary role is responsibility for all aspects of client billing and other accounting, specifically (A/R and A/P) and other operational functions for the company, as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare and process quotes
- Generate and issue invoices for various service types.
- Manage all billing inquiries and collection efforts
- Procure and maintain product licensing.
- Prepare monthly agreement analysis reports
- Code and record AP invoices in QuickBooks
- Record customer cash receipts in QuickBooks
- Reconcile Client bills
- Bank reconciliations
REQUIRED SKILLS:- Although a degree in accounting is desirable – It is NOT mandatory
- Someone that is very detailed oriented. There are a lot of manual and mundane auditing tasks. Accuracy is imperative
- Computer literate – Excel, QuickBooks desirable
