Finance (F&I) Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Present and sell financing, warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
• Close RV deals by structuring finance deals and securing lender approvals
• Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless, high-quality customer experience
• Manage all finance and titling paperwork while maintaining full regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and finance partners

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I), automotive/RV sales, banking, or lending is preferred but not required
• We are happy to train and develop the right candidate who is highly motivated with a strong banking or sales background
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting financial products
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
