Finance - Finance Coordinator - Full Time

FINANCE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Finance Coordinator to support our Finance team and contribute to operational excellence. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations 

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls 

• Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies 

• Assist with financial reports, schedules, and audit documentation 

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to ensure timely and accurate financial information 

• Uphold Four Seasons standards of conduct and work harmoniously with team members across the resort 

• Complete additional finance‑related duties as assigned 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education, experience, or progress toward a degree will be considered 

• One to three years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role 

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and month‑end close procedures 

• Experience with journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations 

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or financial systems is a plus 

• Clear written and verbal communication skills 

• A collaborative mindset, strong integrity, and commitment to the Four Seasons culture
