What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive finance management.


• Strong background in customer satisfaction, F&I product sales, and compliance.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to close deals and drive revenue.


• Expert knowledge of lender guidelines, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products.


• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and e-contracting platforms.


• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure financing and leasing for customers through a wide network of lenders.


• Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional, compliant manner.


• Maintain excellent CSI scores through responsive, respectful customer service.


• Work closely with the sales department to maximize profit while ensuring a positive customer experience.


• Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations affecting F&I operations.
