Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies

- Assist customers in securing auto loans, leasing options, and other financing solutions

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions

- Present and explain financing options to customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction

- Manage the preparation of all necessary documentation for financing and leasing agreements

- Lead and train the finance team to achieve sales and service goals

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for management

- Stay updated on industry trends, financing products, and regulatory changes affecting automotive finance

-  Previous experience (2–3 years) in a similar role preferred 

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership or financial services

- Strong knowledge of auto financing, leasing, and insurance products

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with customers and team members

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in dealership management software and financial analysis tools
