Finance Manager

Job Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, securing funding through lender partners, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of F&I products, compliance regulations, and a strong desire to close deals efficiently and ethically. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance programs to customers


• Secure and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions


• Submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and track funding


• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations


• Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit to accounting in a timely manner


• Achieve and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals


• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism


• Stay up to date on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience in automotive F&I is preferred


• Proven track record of high sales performance in any industry 


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills


• Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment


• Proficient in dealership management systems DMS and finance software


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
