Finance manager

Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Troy, OH. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to support the dealership’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Must have strong automotive experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations including loan processing, credit approvals, and compliance with financial regulations.


• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and financial partners.


• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improved profitability and efficiency.


• Work closely with sales and management teams to create tailored financing solutions for customers.


• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.


• Train and mentor finance department staff to enhance skills and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.


• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and credit laws plus willing to learn


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


• Proficiency with finance-related software and tools.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
