This role is pivotal in managing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving the financial success of our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for automotive finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial activities of the dealership.


• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.


• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.


• Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing options for customers.


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.


• Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize profitability.


• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


• Proficient with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
