Description of the Role:

Kline Volvo is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Maplewood, MN. We are looking for an energetic, hard working individual with strong leadership skills and a great attitude! 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.


• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process.


• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.


• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.


• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.


• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.


• Maintain Kline's reputation of high customer service by advocating for customers, resolving issues, answering questions thoroughly, and maintaining a high CSI.

Requirements:

• Experience Required - 3 years+ in retail automotive finance.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Proficient computer skills, including experience with finance and dealership management software.


• Professional appearance.
