We represent marketshare leading brands across boats, off-road and motorcycles from a state-of-the-art facility, and we are hiring one Finance and Insurance / Business Manager. F&I.

The role

• Structure and close financing across marine, off-road and motorcycle


• Offer approvals from stable of 10+ banks and credit unions plus manufacturer captive programs


• Present protection menu: service contracts, pre-paid maintenance, GAP, tire and wheel, protective wraps and ceramic – important on outdoorsy and adventurous vehicles.


• Hold compliance programs to standard.


• Own department metrics: PVR, product penetration, reserve, time-to-fund, contracts-in-transit, and experience from customer introduction to signature

The Finance and Insurance Business Manager will be responsible for working with our customers, our lenders, and our sales staff. You will be arranging marine and power sport loans and be responsible for the sales of our loan enhancement products to our customers.  Requires outstanding customer relation skills, daily computer skills, and tolerance for fast paced work environment. Position also carries out varies dealership duties.  Position offers an opportunity to work in a strong culture, fun, progressive, expanding dealership.  

If you're in automotive or other industry F&I right now

They come in to buy something they've wanted for years, and the F&I conversation is about protecting that purchase, not surviving it. Compensation

Base salary plus commission on F&I product income and reserve.

On-target earnings are $100,000–$120,000+. Top performers exceed that; there is no cap.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person role.

• Monday–Friday 9am–6pm


• Saturdays twice a month, 9am–2pm.

Requirements (must have at least one):

• Bachelors degree


• F&I experience: 2+ years
