We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for startups and new technologies, a strong understanding of finance, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support financial operations, including but not limited to: budgeting, financial forecasting, capital allocation, and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
Lead financial modeling and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and decision-making at the senior leadership level
Evaluate and implement financial systems, processes, and controls that meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization
Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop financial strategies and plans that align with our business objectives
Assist in the financial planning and strategy for new products and service offerings

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the technology sector or a start-up environment
Familiarity with venture capital financing
Experience in financial modeling and analysis, including the use of advanced Excel functionality
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
