Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize finance department profitability and product penetration


• Track and manage portfolio performance with lender partners


• Review and inspect department paperwork daily to ensure fast and accurate deal flow


• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations


• Support the sales department in achieving overall store goals


• Demonstrate professionalism, strong ethics, and outstanding customer service


• Work closely with the sales team to reinforce proper selling methods


• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule


• Represent the dealership in a professional and customer-focused manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required


• Prior automotive dealership experience preferred


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Strong professional appearance and work ethic


• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment


• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (federal and state)


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
