Finance Manager Business Partner West Europe

We are looking for a dynamic and analytically driven Finance Manager – Business Partner West Europe to support financial governance across the region. In this dual role, you will manage the financial activities of your country while also serving as a key regional partner for West Europe. Reporting to the local Commercial Manager and collaborating closely with the GBU West Europe team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business performance, driving financial planning, and informing strategic decision-making across the region.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• A solid experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance management.
• Proven experience in multinational or matrix environments.
• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong command of financial tools and digital systems.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across local and regional scopes.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and a collaborative mindset.
