Finance Manager (F&I)

Job Title: Finance Manager (F&I Department/Sales Department)

Location: In person, Gainesville 

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the profitability of the finance department by selling available products


• Enforcing the sales process


• Offer 100% of the products to 100% of the customers, 100% of the time through the use of a menu system


• Maintain awareness of manufacturer promotions and incentives


• Maintain accurate F & I documentation daily


• Maintain customer satisfaction


• Track and report sales deal funding


• Communicate with other department managers


• Keep finance expenses and charge backs under control


• Provide input on advertising ideas and promotions


• Perform any and all other duties related to financing, funding, titling, and other paperwork at the time of a unit sale

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail


• Ability to speak effectively one-on-one


• Ability to effectively listen


• Ability to interpret customer needs


• Must be a self-starter and team player


• Must be able to comprehend finance calculations


• Must be able to meet deadlines


• Prior dealership F&I Management experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. Understanding a commission and performance-based pay plan is strongly recommended.


• Strong communication and closing skills

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Saturday, One day off in the week. Saturdays required. Staying late to fund a deal if scheduled, required. 

Closed Sundays

Supplemental Pay Opportunities:

• Performance Based Pay $50,000-100,000 Annual
