Spirit Lexus is hiring an experienced automotive Finance Manager to be part of our Spirit Lexus Dealership located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our dealership will be offering state of the art technology in a brand-new facility in March. Spirit Lexus is part of a family-owned automotive group with 22 locations across five states.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team and customers with the dealership's financing / leasing opportunities. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, as you will be selling vehicle service contracts and other new products while providing exceptional customer service.

Must have recent dealership Finance Management experience. Cash conversion and Lease conversion skills a plus. Luxury or premium brand a plus. References will be needed.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

• Understand the financial needs of the customer.
• Assists sales team with processing or completing sales.
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels above manufacture standards.
• Achieve all monthly forecasts.
• Attend & participate in weekly & monthly training.
• Complete all state and financial documents.
• Present customers with products & services that enhances their purchase.
• Accuracy on desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions.
• Closes deals.
• Ensure and manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service.
